The Avalon Rooms have parquet floors and high-quality, anti-allergenic bedding. Mattresses which are 27 cm thick provide for a peaceful nights rest. Inside rooms temperature is regulated at 21-22 degrees C on cold season, in the warm seasons,climate can be adjusted with the help of individual air conditioned units.

Public parking spaces are available in front of the building, also free privateparking for the Twin and Triple rooms guests.
